This is one of the many reasons I love Nova Scotia. You are never far from the ocean…I could sit and look at it for hours.
Former miners take visitors on a tour of a real coal mine at the Glace Bay Miner’s Museum.
I took this tour when I was on vacation last week. I had the exact same guide - he was a wonderful man who was honest about the work and the hardships miners faced but at the same time he had a great sense of humor. So glad I did it!
My friends, love is better than anger. Hope is better than fear. Optimism is better than despair. So let us be loving, hopeful and optimistic. And we’ll change the world.
